How do you manage health and safety?
The health and safety of our customers, suppliers, contractors and ourselves is paramount. Our HSE (Health Safety & Environment) policy outlines our commitment and our management plan explains how we'll achieve our health and safety goals. Feel free to request a copy.
How soon can I get my job done?
Once we hear from you we aim to visit within a week to measure up and talk about your needs. Then we go away and price this up, sending you an estimate as soon as we can. When you confirm you're happy with the pricing we will book a start date and give you an idea of scheduling.
Do you polish floors?
We can pour floors to a high spec which can then be ground or polished. However we don't do the grinding or polishing ourselves. If you are after other Nelson concrete solutions please get in touch to see if we can recommend someone in the industry.
Can you give me a square metre rate?
We understand that every job is different. We may have money-saving ideas or your job may be more complex than expected so we would prefer to meet with you and hear what it is you need before we confirm any pricing.
How do I care for my new concrete?
We can provide you with some information on what to expect from your new concrete and how to care for it to get the best long lasting results. We'll also explain what happens on the day of your pour and what you need to know about access etc.
